Problem with mods after reinstall

So after a month break from fallout i wanted to come back, i've installed some mods and they doesn't work. Installed CBBE and body havent changed, ponytail hairstyles and variations and it appears but hairs doesn't work. Dunno what's going on. I've did this work with .ini files.

 

Solved, i had to reinstall NMM

Follow this advice:

Then make your plugins.txt read-only when all your mods are in there. If you use NMM, allow it to override the read-only and make sure you launch Fallout from NMM, not from Steam or the Fallout launcher.
