I've tried turning the radio on and off and it does stop while I'm looking at my PipBoy, but as soon as my arm is down, the battle music begins again. When I enter a dungeon, the dungeon music plays while it's loading the cell, but as soon as I'm able to play, battle music starts. It's like this everywhere. I tried going back to an earlier save and it doesn't have the problem, but I've played around twenty-five hours since that save, so that is not an option.
