Uzul69
[sOLVED] See page 2 for more info on where the Problem was! Hi!I'm using NMM 0.61.9 with FO4 and have a strange problem. Mods only changing behaviour, text, physics and so on do work for me, but when it comes to mods using new textures, sounds, meshes, etc. I don't see or hear any changes. An example: Full Dialoge Interface http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1235 does alter the short dialoge text into the full versions, but it doesn't change the way they are displayed. The display is still standard, only with longer (sometimes too long) texts. I followed the instructions for installing NMM and tried a coulpe of things already after looking the this forum, but with no results. And finally I did a complete new install, reinstalled NMM and the mods. Still no luck. Any ideas of what is preventing the mods from fully working? Thanks for any suggestions fellow citizens of the commonwealth! Edited February 1, 2016 by Uzul69

Uzul69
I already did everything told in the guide. Didn't help so far.And yes, that includes archive invalidation I guess. [Archive]bInvalidateOlderFiles=1sResourceDataDirsFinal= Right?
Nega1985
Have you checked your Plugins.txt file to see if the mods were registering? You have to go into the windows key, enter %appdata%, go back a page, enter Local, and into Fallout4. I have the same problem as you, so I hope you can find a way to get yours fixed. Uzul69
Checked that too. The mods are in the plugins.txt as they should.
wax2k
Do you have a Fallout4.ini in your Fallout4\data folder for some reason? If so, remove it, since it will override the regular inis.
Uzul69
No, there is no .ini file in the Fallout4\data folder.
wax2k
Did you check, if the textures and meshes are actually installed to their corresponding folders in \Fallout 4\data ? Have you tried launching NMM with admin rights and then reinstalling one of the afflicted mods? And do you launch the game directly from NMM? Uzul69
@wax2kTo me it looks like everything is where it should be. I also tried launching the game through NMM with admin rights, but no improvements so far. This is what my Fallou4\Data folder looks like now. http://h43i.imgup.net/datafolderb149.PNG Getting the feeling either the game or my computer doesn't like me trying to mod the game.
