DLC and expansions for skyrim? what would they be?

I hated the player homes made for oblivion. I'd visit them once and never see them again. Seems like such a waste of content even for those who like them. I mean, if you play the game anywhere else but in that one place the content is not in use.

I'd like to see actual expansions, for one. If small DLC's then I'd rather see content like NotN. They could even include those player homes in them!

I need to brush up on my lore so I can't put my two cents in I just want to play skyrim first before I think about a dlc or expan. Idk I would like to see a dessert sahara like place like an egyptian like feel to it but like I said I guess I'm not the big of a tes fan I don't know much tes lore only been playing sense about 3months before oblivion came out Edited by crippledorphan

Go to the site UESP.net typ in the search box: pocket guide to the empire, look for the third edition. Copy and paste it to word, then print it and read it whenever you have time. you can do the same with the other books found at http://uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Books_by_Subject

Also check out this site: http://www.imperial-library.info/

Theres something that bugs me about Skyrim, the developer always talk about five mayor cities, but there are more cities in the clasic Skyrim map:

One of them could be part of an expansion like Tribunal.

Five MAJOR cities.

Perhaps the others are just smaller cities?

Or its just a 200 year old map and those places no longer exist
