Mod to become Emperor

I was looking years ago and i found Empires Glory, it was a work in progress that had many people at there toes waiting for the mod to release, turns out the mod was cancelled... I myself was wishing someone could pickup on it but that will probably be no luck. That's why i am asking for someone to create a mod with a quest line from Chancellor Ocato or someone important, giving you the option to become emperor after all your efforts on saving cyrodill. Make it have some good quests, make them how you want them. Make the White Gold Tower have a throne room or so, and please make the civilians know who you are Ex. getting praised in the street, like "all hale the Emperor of Cyrodill" or "Good evening your majesty". stuff like that, make you be able to send armys to locations on the map, give orders to soldiers, make it so you can do almost anything a real emperor and do. give quests to go into battles with huge armys against daedric or mythic dawn. be creative and make it give a sense of realism but still keep the mood of the game alive. When you become emperor, give a coronation with civilians and get a crown or baton to wear and carry along with the emperor armor and robes. Again this would be great and would make the creator quite famous.
