NDDragor
The problem is simple. After I fast travel my mouse wont work anymore. I can walk and use my weapon but as soon as I press Esc, start a dialogue or use the pipboy the mouse wont react. So I end up stuck in the menu, pipboy or a dialogue. I checked for solutions but nothing helped. using the command EnablePlayerControl, disabling and deleting all mods, reinstalling the game completely. Nothing helped. The game worked on this PC over a year without any problems and suddenly this problem occurred. I am having no problems with the game on my other PCs. dubiousintent
There are interactions between your mouse, video, and sound drivers. Have any of those been recently updated? If so, try reverting to a previous version, or update all of them to the latest version. You might also want to try renaming your current INI file in your "My Games" folder and let the game build a new one. Something might have changed in it causing the problem. -Dubious-

Mktavish
Please can you tell me the .ini file name and where is located? i cant found him. sought but nothing... please mate ! Its located in Documents/MyGames/FalloutNV ... the Documents under the user profile you play the game under ... if there is more than one. Go ahead and rename both " Fallout.ini & FalloutPrefs.ini " by inserting "Bak" in the name before ".ini" for example ... which is just a precaution , where as when the new ones work ... then you delete the old. And the new ones get created by launching the game. I'm guessing you didn't make any changes to them ... but if you did ... you would then change the new ones. MkMaxxi
there is also a workaround for this as well. whenever you fast travel go into the pip boy map, wave your mouse around a bit and then right click to go into the marker placing menu in order to check if the mouse is working again. it can take some waving around, and it may take a few attempts, but the mouse should work well until the next fast travel

Building a new ini works, but this mouse problem hits me as soon as I fast travel after fixing the issue. This pip boy workaround is a lifesaver!
