pwr armor changing

So,

 

My various suites of power armor seem to lose parts or change into others. Let me expand.

 

I have had a near full set of 51 i leave my storage location without there being any means of reaching the armor. I come back to see it has changed to some lousy 45.

Or another instance all mods have gone and paint is removed and parts on different frames. it appears the only safe set is the brotherhood set given to me. but un modified

 

I would assume this is some sort of mod conflict but I cant say there is any pwr armr mods to do that.

 

pwr armr mods:

- armor keywords

- armor smith extended

- movable power armor

- impervious power armor

 

Im at a loss any one have ideas? could spring cleaning have something to do with it?

It's related to mods that make cell edits thus triggering the infamous cell reset bug affecting pre-placed vanilla containers and power armor frames that were not bought from a vendor or built with one of the mods that explicitely claim to be a workaround for this.

 

Spring Cleaning (apart from the initial versions as far as I recall) does not trigger that bug, but a lot of other scrapping mods do. Same goes for mods that expand the settlement areas and there are others that do so too.

Thank you sooo much i remember explicitly installing a mod saying it had repaired that thanks a bunch. guess its time to hunt the mod.

I'm having the same issue, and it's with in-game purchased items as well. I haven't added them through the console. I am running Spring Cleaning and Expanded Settlements. I'm going to disable them and see if that fixes it. I saw it might be a cell issue.
