Everythings gone transparent! lets get a solid solution.

Ok people have not gone transparent, but buildings have. it is a real bummer. Everything was working fine I updated to 1.3 and loaded up and then achieved it. I will admit i tinkered with the INI Files a bit but it does not seem like this should happen.... I have since gone back and reset the ini files

 

I need help :( IDK how to fix this.

Do you happen to have Grafix Texture Overhaul? The "Architecture" file in particular? I started running into CTDs today, and parts of my custom house in Sanctuary was invisible. Just identified that file as the (hopefully only) culprit and, when I went to the mod's comments thread, it seems peeps have been having trouble with that file even before today. (Though it only started causing me grief after the patch.)

Mods Are better Item Sorting, Customize power armor drain, vivid fallout.
Load order Is fallout > Better sorting >Power armor Drain

I did have a fog.ESP added to reduce Stuttering in city, but i have yet to add it to the actual load order.
