Way to control settlers from a menu/overview

So at this point you have to walk upto a settler and give them an assignment, but in huge settlements you can spend a while trying to find everyone. True, they usually hang around the bar area after work, but it's still annoying to check everyone and count them to see if you got everyone or having to wait till night time.

 

So I request a mod that brings up a menu, preferably accessible through the workshop which:

 

• Allows you to give settlers assignments/change assignments (including provisioners!);
• Manage their inventory with access to items in the workshop;
• Equip them/unequip them with weapons and armor/clothes;
• Move settlers to different settlements;
• See what their assignments are at the moment.

It would make my life (and I think everyone's) so much easier when managing your settlement.
