I modded a bit too much it seems.

Before I will uninstall all of my mods,and then will start installing them one by one, to see which one of them (or combination of them) is causing this problem, I thought I will ask you people, because maybe you have experienced this issue before and know what mod should I delete/repair.

 

I am running my game with 60+ mods. I started a fresh new save, and just reached a mission to go to Diamond City. After I pass Institute I go over the bridge to the middle island of the city, and my game a couple of seconds later crashes (also it seems that textures/objects are refusing to load sometimes, but that maybe unrelated). No error, just goes to desktop.

 

I will add my plugins file with names of all mods that I am using.

Yes, yes you did mod too much. Too much of a random modding

 

1. remove ssex, snb,homemaker, workshop planters, OCDecorator, Alternate settlements, convenient stores, Robot Home Defence, weapon racks and building blocks - foundations.

2. Install Settlement Keywords

3. Make sure you download the latest updates for ALL your mods.

4. reinstall Alternate Settlements, reinstall Homemaker selecting SK integration and all other necessary patches, reinstall OCDecorator and select No when asked to overwrite, install Convenient stores and the SK patch, install Weapon Racks and the SK patch, install Robot Home Defence and the SK patch, install Snap and Build(get version 1.5b for this).

5. do no reinstall Ssex, homemaker has all its items. do no reinstall workshop planters, get Nx Pro Farm and install it instead

6. Post new load order.

P.S. Do I need to start a new save? I remember back in Skyrim it was recommended...

Probably load order. Please learn to arrange them yourself, as nobody is going to do this again and again if you're not willing to.

Technically no. Arrange mods as I stated and it should work (though new patch can be tricky). IF saves don't work anymore, then guess you do have to.

Havent tryed it yet. I am just asking, because I have started a new save anyway (45minutes) AND I remember that back in skyrim, it was recommended to start a new savegame after installing new mods.

If you'd start a new save after each new mod installed you'd never get anywhere. Just make sure your things are working properly.

Had same issue, save is busted. Some change with the update and cell editing mods.
