Is it a mod or is this the default body in fallout 4? Because I downloaded enhanced Vanilla Body to get my character nude. But It's not working they are still wearing underwear. The enhanced body are slight tweaks to this, making it not actually the vanilla body, but as far as I know it's not a body replacer such as CBBE. At this moment CBBE is the only body replacer, which also allows nudity, that is available.
