I do suppose that would give me an opportunity to work on my target practice. :-) I'd also like to have them stay as permanent placements after they die.

Increase rendered lod object count / distance, shadow distance / resolution, ugrid to 7+ - manually in your .ini settings. Add ENB or ReShade preset and 2-4k textures. Mouth-watering screenshots and low fps guaranteed.

Fallout 4 Config ini

Radiant Clouds and Fogs

Water Enhanced (4-8k)

Vivid Fallout - Landscapes - Textures in HD (2-4k)

Vivid Fallout - Trees (4k)

Better Settlements and Camps 2 (2-4k)

Haul'd Out 4K

Langleys HD Textures Workshop

Prydwen 2K Textures

Grim Wolf Institute Reshade

True Storms

Nuclear Weather

You can also add mods removing settlement building mode limitations and create detailed structures with lots of light points.

(Skyscraper in this vid is created with vanilla ingame tools).

Go out & buy a 4k monitor.

It will make your high end rig feel weak. (anything less than a 980 ti sc & i7 don't bother)

But the view will be beyond belief.

I am still in awe even after 3 months of playing this game.

Lol, once you got enough NPC's, throw in a few nukes, just for the heck of it. XD
