Deleted4363562User
I'm using the Overseer font in photoshop, but it's apparent that at larger sizes it's fairly pixelated. I've been googling, but I can't find anything that specifically addresses this. Everyone just says to use AA in photoshop, but that really doesn't work. I'm pretty sure the problem is the font wasn't intended for this kind of use, so I am looking for a workaround.
Deleted4363562User
I never did figure it out, but the text didn't end up looking too bad after I applied some effects and overlays.
humanindustry
Don't have it installed atm since I got no need for it, and no idea if you have it. But when I worked a lot more with typefaces before for photoshop images in high definition images (or used crappily made fonts), or just tweaking a font in any manner, I usually started out in illustrator by writing the text there, then converted it to vector graphics, toyed around and exported it to a rather big sized image then imported it in photoshop. I will keep this mind. I think my text looks ok for now. If I end up learning how to make a higher resolution texture, I think I will be forced to do that, if I wish to continue using the font. Thanks for the reply.
