nexusEDy
I don't know what happened, seriously. I don't even know what I installed or uninstalled but, since yesterday (?) the rain looks like a glitched FX. Is there a way to fix it without disabling it on the ENB settings? Take a look on the screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/QApreaY.jpg
ed209nl
Hey, I just got the same bug as you have. Don't know if you've found a solution by now, but as you mentioned you can 'fix' it by disabling rain in the ENB options: Hit shift+enter while playing, scroll down to the RAIN option in the enbseries pane and click 'enable' to turn it off. This makes the game watchable again, but I hope to find a more elegant solution.. Immagnus
Yes, me three, I have exact same problem and need a better solution than just turning it off. I like to enjoy the full spectrum of my mods in Skyrim. Please, whoever knows what to do, can out help us out? It would be greatly appreciated. :)
DreezNation
Hey guys you are in luck! I have seen what causes this. Usually some kind of world effects mod. My game looked like this right after I installed ELFX. Since I wanted to keep ELFX I went into my ENB ini files and adjusted the rain settings. This website does not have images to show but the ini points they are refering to are the ones you want to mess with http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENBseries_INI/Rain or if you want to keep your ENB settings then find the offending mod. Quick note to add is some of these ini changes dont show up in game. If they arent affecting anything you need to adjust them outside of Skyrim, save then load the game to see what they do. this is my rain setting currently.....OFF and the rain looks great! [RAIN]IgnoreWeatherSystem=falseEnable=falseEnableAntialiasing=falseEnableSupersampling=falseMotionStretch=0.5MotionTransparency=0.55 good luck! Sesheenku
This is CLEARLY something with ELFX. I just updated it after years (been using 0.42 without issues) and it blurs the f*** out of my underwater and f*#@s up mny enb rain. I don't know what it is yet but I'm gonna get to the bottom of it. I just enabled ELFX and the enhancer and rain works fine. There IS another problem though, it also blurs the hell out of underwater in an unnatural manner. Looks awful. Thermalpulse
For those that see this looking for a solution, the bug is caused by ENB applying an empty rain texture with effects over the standard textures. Simply disable ENB's rain effects or use a different weather plug-in like Vivid Weathers.
