wheresthecorporal
Ok, so about 5 minutes ago,After leaving Fawkes (a long while back)I found him again in underworld,I asked if he wanted to join me, he said my other companion wouldnt agree of it,But i didn't have another with me,The same thing happens when I ask anyone to join me,I think one one of the other companions must have died or something, or got stuck,Is there some way to get rid of this one with out having to remember them, and find them? Cheers
BlackRampage
Try this mod: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=632 It will allow you to recruit as many companions as you want.
JasonDangerously
To answer your question, you should be able to use the console to target each companion in turn and reset them in the manner described below. For companions, you may have to restart their hire quest, I've not had to do this so I'm not entirely positive. For NPCs besides Sydney (your companions in this case), just navigate to their respective pages on the Fallout 3 wiki site and use their ref_id in lieu of '3a77' as that's unique to Sydney. prid 3a77 - target Sydney disable followed by enable - disable and enable, make sure the NPC is active kill followed by resurrect - kill and resurrect, reset the NPC moveto player - move NPC to player (or player.moveto 3a77 to move the player to Sydney.) ~NPC reset example, Gamebryo Console Commands page, Fallout wiki The mod linked will do as it states, but if one companion is stuck somewhere or dead, even being able to recruit ten companions won't let you use them until they are reset.
