Can't Build Trade Posts Anymore

(Yes I posted this in general discussion but realized I probably should have posted it here. Plus I am desperate)

So as the title described the option to build trade posts has disappeared. I actually don't recall ever seeing it I figured I was missing something or quest line that would allow me to do it but it never occured. I have the Community Leader or whatever it is called perk and Cap Collector maxed out. I used console commands to max out cap collector and I am fairly certain I did community leader the honest way but after finding out I should have been able to be building trade posts with that perk maxed out I put the console commands for that perk in again just to see if there was an issue on that end.

 

 

I have a lot of mods for settlements (a lot of DDProductions) ​

Alternate Settlements

Better Settlements and Camps 2

Better Settlers (mortal and main file)

Brighter Settlement Lights

Higher Settlement Budget

Place Everywhere

Quieter Settlements

Robot Home Defence

Scrap Dead Things

Scrap Scrap

Settlement Keywords

Settlement Supplies Expanded

Snapable Junk Fences

 

I think that is all of them that effect settlements. Any help is greatly appreciated

Disable Settlement Supplies Expanded and you're probably good to go already. If not, export and post your full load order in spoiler tags.

That (and disabling other mods that relied on Settlement Supplies Expanded [which you could have known about because I did not provide my load order]) solved the problem. It also opened up a whole bunch of other settlement resources I had but SSE was preventing from being usable.

 

For some reason no matter what I do SSE just will not allow some of my other settlement related mods work and even with SSE being the only settlement related mod installed completely removes my option to build shops as well as some other miscellaneous items.
