Cells crashing the game and GECK

I've had a long break from modding and playing these games so i'm a little rusty and in need of assistance. I have formatted my hard drive so had to reinstall my games and programs again from scratch, installed a few mods for FNV and had a bit of a play until I decided to look in Victor's Shack, at which point I get insta CTD.

 

I figured I would have a look in the cell using the GECK only loading the FalloutNV.esm and sure enough the GECK crashes before it has chance to render, so I load it up again and try other cells and some load just fine but then another Goodsprings home interior (the non-specific ones) crashes the GECK when trying to render.

 

I have been in Docs house, the saloon, the store, the gas station, all load fine and so does the story and everything else, but apparently there are are a handful of cells that will not load and I cannot imagine why.

Anybody know how I am getting this issue and how I could fix it?

Found the problem after manually checking all installed mods, it was one or more furniture models from an outdated version of Collision Meshes. Removed the folder and will update the mod.

 

You can all relax now, sorry for making you all worry and troubleshoot for me, thank you all for your support :thumbsup:
