Steps to masterupdate-1. Download Fo3edit.2. Right click on fo3edit and make a copy of the .exe3. Rename it to "fo3masterupdate.4. Make another copy, and rename that to "fo3masterrestore ( you will need this to revert back in case you made a mistake.)5. Run masterupdate, pay attention to load order errors, if one comes up, adjust your load order.6. After you update, make a merged patch, using fo3edit, wait untill the program says finish, look in the left pane window, and right click anywhere, find create merged patch ( about 3/4 way down ) and make the merged patch.. 7. Especially considering the fact you've got some of the most popular mods like FWE, MMM and enhanced weather installed. By the way, I'd say it doesn't really matter what kind of rig you've got, the fake fullscreen mod is almost essential on every rig. Perhaps adding a mini tutorial on how to create a merged path and using Fo3edit's masterupdate mode? It might go a long way towards pinning this topic. I'd be willing to do it as well, but it might be better to put it in the first post. (especially if this topic does indeed gets pinned) Just my 2 cents. mysticwolfnhell Posted August 31, 2011 Share Posted August 31, 2011 you are missing fook2 and all compatability patches :) Although it might be a good idea to wait on that considering the newest open beta doesnt include the new stuff from eve .97 but hey.. i thoroughly enjoy fook2 with the 20th centurty weapons and the associated cps...i have probably 120 mods on my fallout 3 and so far ive only crashed maybe twice... i also run the obse plugin for oblivion (crash prevention system) on fose for fallout 3 and it has solved any issues i had with closing issues or returning to main menu...
