DwellerBenthos
The author of ammo tweaks just added a scrapping workbench, though I haven't used it yet, so I don't know how it works, but it seems this might be a step in the right direction. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4036/? yzerman19
I just hate overloading myself with junk, then having to travel all that way back to the workbench. But when I finally get there, all that wasted time turned out to be worthwile.
DwellerBenthos
Posting here as well as the other thread. Just a note on the scrapping workbench added by the ammo tweaks mod author, it works great, dump your junk into it, then use the workbench like any other, and all the junk is converted to base components. Just don't put in ammo, weapons or armor, just junk. Other items will just disappear. Isathar, the ammo tweaks author, is planning on making it a stand alone mod. xtrasyn
I will check it out. Thanks!
Ripper1302
Look at this new mod: Scrap Grinder. It is by "isathar". I used it yesterday to scrap more than 200 different types of junk (350 + individual items) and took less than one minute. He is still tweaking it's appearance but it is quick and effective. I am surprised that more people haven't downloaded/tried it several days after it's initial release.
xtrasyn
I know, I was talking to Isathar when it was still part of ammo tweaks. Great he brought it out stand-alone. :D
isathar
As a completely unbiased party, I'd like to say that it works... mostly. :ninja:
xtrasyn
Lol, it works great. All that's left to want is misc, and weapons and armor. In my original request I said I wanted a button (like the elevators) and moving parts. So you're getting off easy. :D
