I have spent 6 hours looking for a downloadable OBSE file...no luck so I am wondering if you all can assist me with a link that actually WORKS? There is also a "Search" function on the top of every page in the mods forum. It returned this: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/37952/?
