Crash when i enter wokbench

I have just come across a CTD when i am accessing the workshop mode in sanctury. I have followed the instructions in 'this guide' and it is still happening.

If you have used or are using DEF INV 3, you can see if there's a file in an '/interface' folder called workshop.swf or something along those lines. Remove it or rename it and you should be able to access the workshop menu.
