Bash patch OOO - did I do it right?

I downloaded All real enironments, OOO, and TNR, all of which need to be bash patched together. I did what the instructions said and it seems to work, namely I have TNR faces, what appears to be the level loaded NPCs ect. One thing I am concerned about though, OOO modifies the interior and exteriors of certain cells extensively, namely to add harder creatures and what not. When i played OOO years ago the ayelid ruin outside of the imperial sewers featured a tough set of creatures deep into the dungeons, when I visited there I didn't see that (although there were some spectral warrior and a ghost hound... not sure if those were there in vanilla or not). How can I be sure that the modified interior, exteriors, and leveled list of OOO have been properly merged? Is there a good OOO modded out dungeon I can go to for some crawling around for a bit and see some of the mods changes at work?

 

Bash lock, harvest, and a few of the other mods obviously seem to be working, and I have no missing meshes/textures so I am 99% sure I installed the mod correctly. Worried about some of the more subtle things though.
