Lotsa mods few problems.

Allright, so the past week ish, I've been doing nothing but downloading and modding my oblivion game, learning as I go how it all works (well how some of it works atleast) .. And today I finally decided it was time to properly play the game and try all these mods out...

Surprisingly, the game launched fine and I could start adventuring straight away, without any crashes... However, once I got outside the sewer and started playing a bit, I ran into a couple "problems"...

 

The most annoying problem would be the quick load time... After I quick save, then want to quick load... I have to wait about 1 minute before it loads, in that time the game just stays frozen.... The quick load works, sure, but its slow.. so I'd like that fixed if possible...

 

The second problem most likely has something to do with OBGE liquid water... The water looks amazing from a distant, but the moment I enter it, it changes.. But only around me, a circle, as if I have a aura making it more blurry and stuff... If anyone know how to fix this, awesome..

 

For now, those 2 are the only problems I have, however I've just barelly started to play with all these mods, and as you will see in the list below, its quite possible that I may run into a lot more ^^ ..

The load time could be because of OGBE trying to load (I have the same issue but you get used to it after a while). At this current point in time it seems to be unavoidable (correct me if I'm wrong, somebody!).

Allright, guess I'll just have to get used to it then, and no more quick saving before lockpicking :( Ah well.

If you're using any extra shaders with OBGE, make sure you bUseShaderList in OBGE.ini to '0' and use Shaders.ini in Shaders\Liquid Water Settings instead. If you don't you could get solid light beams and other anomalies. Concerning the long load times, take a look at Oblivion Stutter Remover. Experiment with the heap replacement feature and see what works best for you. The safest ones to use are the FastMM4 algorithm and the Windows algorithm (only with Vista/7).
