Exodus_161
I'm hoping someone knows what might be causing this as I've run out of ideas. I've recently updated FNV to 1.2.0.352 and installed Dead Money(finished DLC as buggy as it was) and it seems that now any mod that adds new locations, NPC's, etc. appear selected in FOMM but when you run the game nothing appears where they are supposed to. I've been using a bunch of mods prior to the update and they ran fine and still do with this update but it seems any new mods I add don't appear in game. Prior to the update the last mod was New Vegas Bounties 1 and it works perfectly but after I updated and tried loading New Vegas Bounties 2, EVE 900, A World Of Pain, AWOP (Monster Patch) none of them appear in game at all. What I found odd though was I tried installing the Couriers Power Armor mod and that DID work. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling everything, turning off all mods and DLC's except the new mod(s) and still wound up with nothing loading. If anyone can help me out with this issue it would be much appreciated as I'm losing my mind not being able to play these mods. Thanks. GrindedStone
I tink the new update is 1.3 Idk I'm playing Brink right now.Do you really need all those mods or Dead Money just to play normal FNV?The reason I ask is because the game is pretty good in Vanilla form, and if you haven't finished that part, then these mods are just going to ruin an break that. This next time I'll install New Vegas, update it, decline dead money an pre-orders, then play that for a month or more, just to see if there are problems. Then I'll only install the mods that I can't live without one at a time an play the game for a while between as testing. djmystro
You just need the most recent FNV update. The Dead Money one is outdated. You won't ruin your game with those mods in my opinion. Not unless you don't like killing things, plus nothing is forced on the player. They are all optional locations and quests for the most part. They should sit alongside the normal game just fine.
