CTD when entering different area's

Alright, so I recently enabled my game so that mods can actually work. The moment I did that however, my game began crashing horribly. I started noticing though, it seems to be whenever I enter specific areas it CTD's immediately. I've tried entering these areas at different angles but to no avail. I only have 22 mods active, and hardly any of them use scripts, and none of them modify locations. I really need help on this because at this point FO4 is unplayable.

 

My Load Order is as follows:

Actually yes! The Gore mod is one I have! I'm going to uninstall it and update whether or not it worked.

It should have an update fixing that issue as far as I know.
