Minecraft Houses Series #1

I am starting this topic so people can share their cool and unique Minecraft creations. It can take hours to create a really cool house, so why not share it with others :biggrin:. It doesn't have to be a pic, it could be a link to a video of a cool use of redstone dust, a neat contraption, or even something silly like a massive TNT explosion. It is preferred that no inventory editor is used in the creation of the houses.

 

(around 25 houses per series so you are not scanning though a lot of pages and missing out on houses)

 

I will start it off:

 

I made a tree house out of roughly 2000+ tree blocks, and planted trees on the branches to have foliage. There is a uniform spiraling stairway in the trunk to get to the top cabin, and the house has glass viewing windows on the first floor, and the second story has a 360* balcony which looks off over the canopy at a frozen lake and arctic land. The tree is also lit up with torches to make it look sort of like stars in the sky from a distance as well as a little sandstone tomb as a mine cart docking area :happy:.

As of right now , I have a simple wood house out in a forest. Its nothing special , I just use it to hide form the creepers http://www.thenexusforums.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/thumbsup.gif

And here is my snow fort (ha ha ha I'm punny) I used about 3000 blocks of snow to build it
