Oblivion CTD with OOO and OXP

The only mods I have enabled right now are the latest unofficial patch, OOO 1.34 Beta5 and Oblivion XP v4.1.5.

As the XP mod initiates Oblivion crashes.

It works if the OOO esm is enabled without the esp. I suspect the issue is OOO changing the leveling, but I have seen no-one else reporting issues with it.

I have tried enabling the normal leveling rate esp that comes with OOO but this makes no difference. I think this is because it still effects the script.

So, does anyone have any idea on how to fix it?

My load order is as follows:

Oblivion.esm

OOO.esm

Unofficial Patch.esm

OOO.esp

Oblivion XP.esp

Mm, I have both of those.

I'm just really confused about this. My game is running perfectly with a large number of mods, but as soon as OBXP is added it all goes to hell.

I actually did a fresh install of Oblivion, and that's how I narrowed it down to being OOO conflicting with it. So, I basically now know this isn't caused by an overwritten file in my data folder and that it's a conflict between the OOO esp and the OBXP esp.

If that is your true load order, you are missing some pre-requisites. <br><br>OBSE requires the 1.2.416 update, do you have that? <br><br>Are you using this version of Oblivion XP: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35333 ? version 4.1.9a<br><br>It would be more informative to see what you have installed, in a more complete form. MenuQue is running, but it's simply an OBSE plugin so it's not showing in the load order.

Yes, I have the latest patch. OBSE runs perfectly with OBXP and any mod I've thrown at it but OOO. Vice versa for OOO and other mods.

Yes, that is the version of OBXP that I am running.

The only thing I neglected to mention was that I have Shivering Isles installed too, but I've seen no evidence supporting that as a source of possible incompatibilities.

Yes, I'm using Wrye Bash and BOSS. The load order was made by BOSS and switching it around doesn't seem to help.

The reason I'm not using Bashed Patch right now is because I want to limit possible incompatibilities.

By the way, I don't mean to sound like an ingrate in my posts, I'm just slightly frustrated with this and I don't tend to express much emotionwise through text based formats anyway. I am really appreciating the help you are offering the community though, and even if my issue doesn't get resolved I'd like to thank you for your dedication in finding a solution to a problem that you could easily dismiss as too annoying to help sort out. :)

EDIT: Oh dear, I appear to have forgotten to state that I am using Dark Uld DarN v.16.

EDITEDIT: I have tried with DarNified UI and Vanilla UI too. All three of these are supported by OBXP.

Okay, Varen, its cool. It can be frustrating, I know well. There is a forum where the author of Oblivion XP Update checks in pretty much daily. Here: http://forums.bethsoft.com/index.php?/topic/1178686-relz-oblivion-xp-update-thread-4/page__st__40__p__17689813__hl__oblivion+xp__fromsearch__1#entry17689813 Your best bet is for Andalaybay to give it a look. Good luck!

Thank you very much for all the help you've given me, it's really appreciated. I'd give you two kudos if I could. (:

EDIT: Hmm, maybe I should give up on OOO. Is there any other mod that changes all the loot and the way creatures level up in comparison to you? That's the main reason why I'm using OOO.
