Oblivion TES Construction Set Interiors Cell problem

Hi, I' m new here, i'm a italian oblivion fun, i'd like practise myself with Oblivion Construction Set but, following the new little guide available on a site i don't manage to make a thing:

I have followed the explained instructions and i have selected from File menu, the option Data and than Oblivion.esm file, then after the "active mod" file warning message appears , I have selected "yes" and in the main window appear the first 3 work windows: Object Window - Render Window - Cell window (last one divided in two subwindows one on left and one on the right side of the cell window). The guide tells that we can start selecting the interior cells ,and than the Abandoned Mine cell, that should be the first one I should see, but in fact i can't see anything inside interior cell if not a consequential group of column of black thin lines on a a white window. How could it be possible that in Oblivion.esm, there isn't nothing into hte interior's cell? What should i do in order to select Abandoned mine cell, where can i find it? Maybe i should open another .esp file of one of the mods installed on my Oblivion??? Thank you for the help!!!

When you select the cell from the Cell window, make sure you double-click to load it into the render window. There should be a short delay and you will see objects/references counting through on the bottom of the main window. Once loaded, the cell will appear dark (if not completely black) as the default for the render window is to view lighting as it is in game. Simply click into the render window and press the 'A' key to toggle lighting, you should then see the contents of the cell.

You can also make sure that when you select a cell from the list in the cell window - single click before loading - that the right side of the cell window should populate with a list of all the objects within the cell. If you still can't see anything after loading the cell and toggling the lights, try double-clicking one of the items that is in the cell to 'jump' the camera to that location. Sometimes cells are built offset from the default camera location and so the render window will appear blank when you first load the cell.

Hope this helps

In the list of my left cell window i have only two "Worlds" present to be selected: one is called "Interiors" and the other is called "Tamriel"; While in Interors there's nothing inside, in Tamriel there's something but i can't see anything neither with your suggestion, the only thing i see is a violet render window above the cell window, if i select any of hte Tamriel cells. While is for you if I choose Interiors the file is empty and not full of specif cells like that Abandoned mine? Pardon if I don't understand you well, Thank you!!!

It sounds like the CS is not loading the resources properly. What is the precise text of the error message you receive when you load the Oblivion.esm? What version of the CS do you have? Do you have the latest Oblivion patch?

Maybe You have reason The_Vyper,

1) i have downloaded the Ctes .exe file version 11.0.0.28844

2) The Error message it appears after I have selected Oblivion.esm is this: "File Oblivion.esm is a higher version than this EXE can load. Continue Running Executable? " Yes to all" will disable all warnings in this session"

3) I have installed on my pc Shivering Isles and Knight of The Nine official Expantions, maybe an extra patch is necessary, in order to work properly with CTES?? Is not sufficient the two Expantions of the game?

You have to install CS 1.2.x to work with newer version of Oblivion.esm.
