davidlallen Posted March 3, 2016 Share Posted March 3, 2016 Thanks for posting this, but I am not sure I agree with the conclusion. I have a mod which includes graphics (advent armors). The current workshop version has a small shader cache. Some, but not all users complain that the armor pieces are all black. The solution, found by another player, is to put back the 85 MB cache. So, I would say that for nongraphic mods, such as voicepacks and ini-only mods, the file should definitely be removed. For mods with graphics, *test* your mod without the cache, but consider that sometimes, players may need it.
