  1. did you refresh the mods button on the menu? do you install or activate the mods in NMM?
  2. this is a workaround open your NMM, go to settings, look for "custom launch command" type steamapps\common\XCOM 2\Binaries\Win64\Launcher\ModLauncherWPF.exe (or change it for whatever is the location of the ModLauncherWPF.exe) make sure Steam is running, try again this time clicking on launch custom xcom 2, after that you can go back to settings an remove what you previously put in there, works for me, hope work for you as well.
  3. In response to post #35733887. #35739592, #35749657 are all replies on the same post. yup also have 100 mb/s with Verizon, nothing else connected and the pages where taken a long time to load
  4. The problem in defense is how far you can go without destroying from within what you are trying to defend from without.
  5. @ Davidlalllen, thanks for the info, i just tested some of my mods that include Graphics (Tattoos, flags) and is working properly, so i already upload in steam, now i will be uploading in Nexus, once again thanks for the feed back.
  6. well someone finally found the problem, just in case someone else is facing this issue please read, https://www.reddit.com/r/Xcom/comments/48lqpt/modders_please_remove_this_ram_issue_that_the/
  7. did you try verifying game cache in steam, just in case
  8. mmmm don't think so, just unsubscribe from all mods (included mine), delete all data, create just a flag and the size still the same 80+ MB, really not good :-( , So don't bother uninstalling and reinstalling it, though was fixed but..... back to square 1
  9. just giving you an update, i did a rebuild wasn't working, i check the integrity of the tool cache and had like 67 files that need to be fixed, after that still the same, so i uninstall the tool, clean the registry and know directories, reinstall and voila i back in business, anyway, thanks for your time
  10. thanks for your reply, thing is now every mod i create the file ModShaderCache.upk is 87 MB in size, that wasn't happening yesterday, so every mod i want to upload will be 87 mb + the size of the file and i don't want upload files that big for nothing.
  11. Hello, i wonder if this is a error or something new, i made a couple mods, one of them include around 22 flags and is about 4 MB, today i update another mod also with flags (this one only contain 6 flags) and the size is 87 MB, so i doing something wrong? i went to ....XCOM 2 SDK\XComGame\Mods\AllFlags2\Content and is telling me that the file AllFlags2_ModShaderCache.upk is 85.7 MB, i don't save the mod with the Xcomgame folder (which is about 15 MB) the others files in the folder are fine, they are around 79 to 190 kb each, any help with this issue is appreciated.
