OBSE: Can't use my inventory

[ThAbstract]

Whenever I run oblivion normally, I can open my journal/ inventory with no problem. But I have some mods like Moriarcis, Unnecessary Violence and so that require OBSE to be fully functional. But when I launch oblivion with OBSE everything runs except I can not pull up my journal/ inventory. Please help!
