Tamujiin
I was just wondering if the clean function in obmm works the same as in tes4edit?
HeyYou
tes4edit is the cleaning tool of choice.... I have never used the one in OBMM.
David Brasher
I am not even sure how to get to the cleaning tool in OBMM. I think hardly anyone uses it. When modding, the TES CS cleaning tool is quickest and most convenient tool to use, but has bugs that prevent it from cleaning out every last piece of mod dirt like TES4Edit can. TES4Gecko has a cleaning tool, but most people just use the CS and TES4Edit. TES4Edit is the most powerful cleaning tool and has so many functions that nobody understands and uses all of them. It can remove dirt that the CS cannot, and should be the last tool you use before uploading the mod. (Touching the mod with another tool like the CS can introduce mod dirt.)
