Silly question; uploading to Nexusmods?

I've already published a mod on Steam, and am looking to put it on the nexus as well. What filepath do I use to upload? The SDK folder, or?

Sorry if this question is silly, the process isn't as streamlined as the single-click Steam version and this is literally my first time attempting to publish a mod in my life.

I think what Azworai is asking is which folder of the mod on his/her local machine should be uploaded. When you build your mod in the SDK it outputs a fresh copy of it to XcomGame\mods\[mod name] folder, so you can use that one. Alternatively, subscribe to your own mod and use the folder steam creates in the workshop folder when it downloads your mod.

Kvalyr, yes, that's what I wanted! Sorry I wasn't explaining clearly. Thank you.

Edit:

Uhm... isn't the mod a full folder? It won't let me upload the whole folder and apparently I have to compress the mod?
