TWTCommish
The title says it all, but by way of total explanation: I'm playing the PC, Game of the Year version, and in Mothership Zeta I'm stuck on the bridge (the room with the glass floor and Earth visible beneath it). Apparently I'm supposed to have my companions (Sally, etc.) there and a hologram is supposed to show up in the middle of the room after a few moments, but neither are there. All the companions ran away through the teleporter and now I can'f find them anywhere. My last save BEFORE they ran away is a couple of hours earlier, and I'd hate to re-do all the generator stuff. I'm perfectly willing to use console commands to unlock the door if doing so will let me continue, but I'm not exactly sure how they work (simply facing the door in that glass floored room and typing "unlock" on the console doesn't seem to do it). Can anyone point me in the right direction?
BlackRampage
Been a while since I played Zeta, but in the room with the earth visible underneath it (that's not the bridge) Sally is supposed to go and crawl into some hole and then open the door from the other side. While you're waiting for that, the hologram of the captain should be playing. Oh, and the correct way to "unlock" a door is by first opening the console, then select the door (you can see if you selected it when it's name and reference id appear at the top of the sreen) then type unlock. it should then give you a line like "<ref-id> unlocked".Don't know if a door which Sally is supposed to "unlock" even can be unlock by using console though. You might also be careful you don't break the entire quest line. Otherwise you'll have to redo the entire quest anyway. Ps: Welcome to the Nexus! TWTCommish
Aye, she's supposed to open the door. While I'd love to see the hologram and all that, if opening the door allows me to finish the quest without re-doing two hours worth of stuff, I'll take it. I'll give that a try, then, and let you know how it works. Appreciate the assistance either way. I'll probably poke around a bit more on these forums, thanks for the suggestion and for the welcome. :)
