Lighting issue ?

My game recently after installing some mods started to have issues in interior areas with lighting and causing pixelation. (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/Images/19118/?) for a picture of the problem.

I saw another topic a few weeks ago where version 1.9 of Scrap Everything did this to someone's game.

Reverting back to 1.8 fixed it for them, although SE has a 1.91 version that apparently fixes this issue.
