Fallout 4 Stops Responding

The title, more or less, states my overall problem. More specifically, Fallout 4 freezes and stops responding for an indefinate amount of time whenever I use the 'Misc Electricity" menu(usually when I scroll onto terminals) in Workshop Mode.

 

I have tried to un-install mods, re-install mods, switched the load order around and looked for patches. But, to no avail. Needless to say, it's getting a bit tricky to set up traps when I can't configure them via terminal.

So, I seek the help of the people in The Nexus. To both assist me with the crashing and, also, to assist with Rechambering Plus... which installs and activates, but doesn't do anything. No Chambering options, no menu, nothing.

My guess would be missing meshes for some custom assets in that menu. Could be some of Homemakers items for example.
