Landscape flickering issues.

Hey guys.

As linked on imgur.. I have had the landscape/texture/graphical flickering issues. I've done the following:
-Reinstall texture mods
-verify the cache
-Checked if the files were in place
-Uninstalled some mods

I am trying to work out which mod is problematic and also I'm trying to work out what's causing the glitches. if it helps, I am using F4SE and shadowboost and I didn't mess with their inis. I'm running out of solutions and I can't any other issues like that. I may have missed something..

 

Does anyone know what causes the issue and if so, is there any way for me to resolve it?

Funnily enough I loaded up my game and fast traveled to sanctuary and got exactly the same when walking in between the original story house and the green one next to it

You have removed objects which are used for LOD rendering. Either by using a scrapping mod like Spring Cleaning or Scrap Everything or via console commands. When standing in the place where these objects where before or when looking across the place where they were before, you get these graphical glitches.

 

The most common objects causing this when being removed are the larger ones like hedges and buildings. It is one of the reasons why Spring Cleaning doesn't allow them to be scrapped by default, only with an optional separate esp file enabled.
