GECK wont add topics

When making a quest for a vendor or anything else i cant add topics in the topic tab.

After selecting the topic and pressing ok i does not appear in the left column, I dont know what the problem is.. thanks

when you open the add topic menu (where you choose pre-made topics) click white space and select new.

You should be typing 'addtopic topicID' into the results script of the dialogue anyway.

i tried that but the problem still persists i cant add any topic no matter if its greeting or a new etc maybe re installing geck will solve the problem

Same f***ing problum that why i hate the geck but there is not other mod tool

Sorry to pull this from the grave, but I am having the same problem. Can't seem to add a new topic (under topics in quest)

Don't know about those old problems but yours is probably due to a recent windows update (from about 3-4 wks ago), can't recall which one as I had to roll back quite a few updates to get rid of it. The topics are still there, the columns are just shrunk to zero width in the display. Grab them with the mouse (left edge of the column) and pull them to the right to see your topics. Unfortunately you'll have to do this with almost every column in the geck every time you open the window. Easier to roll back the windows update.
