Mods constantly failing without interference.

I have been playing Fallout 4 a lot and I have been modding the game quite a bit. Recently however, It seems the majority of my time with the game is spent in Nexus Mod Manager trying to fix stuff. I often have an hour of fixes to go through before a play session. Infact, the majority of the time I will spend an hour fixing the mods, have a short play session in which everything works perfectly fine together, turn of the computer, turn it back on tommorow, and find that all of my mods are broken once again. The mods will just refuse to work at all leading to missing settlement objects and armor. This is with me playing previously with no issues and doing absolutely nothing to the load order prior. I often have to reinstall mod after mod to get them to work again. I have tried using programs like LOOT or FO4Edit to try to find the conflictions, however my low level of knowledge leads me to a dead end every time. I just want to play fallout and enjoy my mods.

Here is my current load order:

If anyone could help me that would be great. Mods that I see continuously fail are Homemaker, Snap and Build, The Veteran Armor, The item sorting, and NX Pro Farming.
In the past Darkest nights and True storms would also consistently fail however that has not happened very recently.

Only launch the game from NMM by clicking the button in the upper left and leave NMM running. Do NOT launch the game from Steam or with Fallout's own launcher because that will clear your plugins.txt every time. And for double-safety: make the plugins.txt read-only and only allow NMM to override that when asked. Edited by wax2k

I only ever run the game by clicking the "Launch F4SE" button in the top left. I also always leave it running. Plugins.txt has always been set to read only (just double checked) and I'm fairly sure NMM is allowed to override it.

Well something has to keep them from being loaded, right? Your posted load order clearly shows most of your mods disabled at the moment you exported/copied it.

You might want to double-check the plugins tab in NMM and enable the mods (again).

Also: did you try running the game without F4SE?
