He said he was approached in the Imperial City by some crazy woman. To the point, I really want to be a part of it, can anyone tell me how? If your fame is 5 or more you will be approached by Ralsa Norvalo in the Temple district and that will lead you (assuming you don't screw up) to becoming a member of the Order of the Virtuous Blood. In this you do kill a vampire, with a bunch of others in a vamp lair, but after that there are no further quests. I had thought about a mod to give them quests but decided on a different one instead. Maybe someone else has made such a mod by now. If you just want to fight vampires you'll get some on Azura's quest and in one of the mages guild quests, the Grey Prince's quest and the cure for Vampirism quests (after you have become one) also lead to Vampire lairs.
