looking for a mod for the pipboy

hi, im looking for a mod that sort the effect description in the pipboy.so the game wount crush if i put a number like 999999 and the game cant handle...(say like "incresse health +999999)

i saw a mod like this a couple of years ago but i cant remmeber whats was his name.i use "Pipboy Readius"

Not only will it make your hud nicer, it will also make your pipboy menu's eh "better"
