Is there a way not to blur out while using workbench?

Is there a way not to blur out while using workbench? I like the effect, focus on the menu, blur out the character working in the background.

But it is less convenient because I have to exit the workbench menu to clearly see the result (in case of editing the outfit I am wearing). Right now I am working on choosing the palette color for uni BOS uniform (mod by Neiro). For me, hitting Tab still wait some 3-4 seconds before I exit the workbench.

Is there a setting in .ini or mod that will do this?
