Request: User Created Notes

Is there anyway someone could create a mod that somehow lets players import some important notes into the pipboy, specifically I should be able to go into C:\Documents\My Games\Fallout 3 (would not necessarily have to be done this way) - then add a new .txt document, write something in it, and it would appear in the pipboy's notes section.

Just a thought but it sounds like something useful and in some cases needed considering the alt-tab bugs are preventing me and I'm guessing a lot of other users from reviewing information on mods they've added to their game without closing a non-responding game and restarting FO3.

Alt-tab bugs you say? Instead of doing this the hard way by creating notes, which would require the Geck, try this:

I'll try the latter suggestion, still like my idea though. :P

Making notes with the geck is the most simplest thing you could ever do my friend.

All you have to do is edit an existing note, give it a new ID. Drop it outside vault101 and you're sorted.
