ejordanholidayedition Posted February 23, 2016 Share Posted February 23, 2016 Not a big poster, (so little, in fact, that I don't have a solitary clue what tags this topic should even have...) but I had an idea for a mod that I have yet to see for any game, really. In my mind it would be a great addition, if possible to create: a go bag. Ideally, it would be the ability to create a list (with quantities) of inventory items one considers essential to travel - i.e. 12 stimpaks, a 10mm pistol, vault suit, 10mm ammo, 2 buffout etc. - and attach it to a single inventory item of no value: the "go bag." Then, if possible, the ability to either deposit everything except your go bag into a container/workshop or to deposit everything you have and easily grab all the essentials at once by only looting the bag. Too many times I've been caught on an inventory transporting mission from one settlement to another only to be ambushed by raiders and realize I stupidly left my guns and stimpaks back at the settlement to make more room for the loot I was moving. If only there were a simple way to make sure that wouldn't happen... like twenty-odd pounds of semi essential inventory items tagged as such... Now, I don't know much about modding myself, (basically haven't ventured past texture editing and NMM usage...) and don't know if this is even a plausible thing to suggest, but if it is I'd love to see it or have someone tell me how I could do it.
