Agree big time with the difficulty of the Devils Ahole. I was with Cass and Veronica up to the over-water walkway part and they fell in a couple times so I had them wait while I went solo to the last segment. Probably coulda coaxed 'em in, but I was also getting a bit itchy to try some solo combat and that was a good excuse. BIg mistake. Way more hostile than I expected (dunno what I was thinking, in retrospect) and I ended up running out of stealth boys just as I backed myself into a really bad place in that maze-like camp. Ended up getting chainsawed and otherwise fragged pretty good (good meaning BAD) a few times and actually had to crank down the difficulty a notch to escape with my life. Though that allows me to tell myself that, had I brought my companions I woulda kicked butt even on very hard. (That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!)

I just couldn't bring myself to detonate any cars on purpose in the collapsed underground. Though I was 90% sure it was hopeless, I still held out a bit of hope that there might be a survivor from the elite unit. That's funny that you mentioned movie, at the time I was actually thinking that environment would make a fantastic sci-fi action flick. (Actually a lot of AWOP areas would.)

Thanks again for all your work on this mod. It just adds so much to the FONV experience I doubt I could even express it in words. Maybe screams, shouts and shudders, but probably not words. 8)

The bug zapper thingy is that thing with the vertical blue neon tube like lights that used to be used in the center of all the FO3 enclave outposts. Yeah it will be real tricky thing you do not want to make an area to hard and you do not want to make to easy. Your balance is already good. Sounds like you are using the BOE stuff? Not using that myself. Personal taste really it is a great mod but I was have crash problems and took it out. I really do not need a bazillion weapons with ten different types of ammo for each one. Your M weapons are doing just fine for me and the assault carbine has become a force to be reckoned with since the patch. I had read that they had beefed it up but did not pay to much attention to it really until I started this character. Thing is freaking buzz saw now. If I get it just right as hidden and close enough I can take down a death claw with one 30 round clip! Slices through reavers like butter. And I found the the M version of that! So that is my back up gun.

For me main weapons at high level is the Anti Material rifle, Sniper Rifle and right now the Assault Carbine as a CYA. I use the M version of That Gun for close quarters if I get rushed.

Are you still a one man team? It boggles me how much have produced all by yourself. I am working on an expansion for my own mod by myself so I know how much work it is all by yourself. I got so sick of looking at leveled lists I decided to take a break and play again for awhile. Never played the DLC's anyway so I am going to go through them before I decide where I really want to go with my own mod.

Right after I go through the underground one more time. : ) Level 19 right at the front door of reactor B.

Playing through your levels is pretty much one of the best Fallout experiences I've ever had. I'm sure you get many comments, and I just have to personally express the way I feel. I really enjoyed the "dungeon crawling" and finding good loot with Oblivion. I felt with Fallout 3, they just didn't do a good job of making the dungeons that expansive like they did in Cyrodiil. Even with NV, a lot of the locations were severely lacking in being true dungeons. With AWOP, you brought everything I loved about these types of games back to a series that I love.

I probably haven't found half your locations yet, because I'm playing with no HUD. But I believe the best firefights I've had yet are Spring Mountain (which I had to replay about five times because I kept dying), and the interior of one of the Freeside locations. Can't remember the name but it was the one that had Space in it. I only have a modest machine so there was a bit of a slowdown here, but it wasn't so choppy that I couldn't play through it. Tight quarters and lots of enemies made it the perfect location to showcase my shotgun and combat knife (melee 100) skills.

I can't tell you enough how much more joy this mod has brought to my free-time life. You also need to understand that I've played Oblivion, Fallout 3 and NV on the Xbox 360 for the last five years up until very recently. I've only been playing with mods for the last month or so and I really don't know how I can go back to playing those vanilla versions on the 360 ever again. Thank you!

Hi djmystro,

I hope you aren't gonna be influenced by this poll, just follow your creativity in the future, the awesomeness of your mod is you.

You should enable voting on one section alone, for people that are not playing Monster mod combined with yours.

Thanks.
