LE Dancer's Flute Bard Mod?

I can't find a mod that makes the Dancer's Flute usable. I would have guessed some bard mod would do it, but I haven't seen any.

 

The Dancer's Flute should do the following:

When playing it, all enemies (and followers) dance uncontrollably until you finish.

During this time, their stamina drains until it hits 0.

When the stamina hits 0 they pass out for a while (maybe just like 20 seconds or something).

 

This would add an awesome "weapon" for bards.

Yes, And In order to not to be overpowered tool, the flute can also drain your stamina while you play it.

It does not have the exact effect you are looking for, but one of my mods gives you the ability to use a magic flute and play various songs with different powers.

Become a Bard on the Steam Workshop allows you to use any flutes/lutes/drums in the game. They don't drain stamina or whatever, just play music (and can make NPCs dance) If you search for it, the mod author also includes a link so you can use NMM instead of Steam.
