Fallout 4 not running at all

ok so i got fallout 4 and it finally downloaded and installed now its telling me its not compatible with my version of windows i am using windows 7 32 bit my computer meets the requirements to play the game but it still wont run help please i want to play this game so bad.

Its designed for a 64bit OS, so I am not sure you can run it on a 32bit system.
