I am at the point where I must meet Tinker Tom and Deacon at the bust stop. Deacon is there, but Tom is not. I tried placing Tom at my position, but it does nothing for the quest stage. He just says: "We got us some wheel, or wings..." If I try to bypass that quest stage with console, I cannot load the vertibird. Any help would be awesome.
