eric31415
Since the title is self exopanitory, here's what iv'e tried (in order);1. installed DVD GOTY edition, both discs, didn't work.2. Uninstalled, deleted leftover files, did disc cleanup, cleaned registry, defrag (again), installed disc 1 only, still didn't work.3. Installed 1.7 patch and windows live update, issue persists, becoming annoyed.4. Used Radar Sync (driver updater), installed all recommended drivers (except where i had newer versions), no change, definately annoyed now.5. Tried "Can You Run It" by System Requirements Lab, failed my graphics, but graphics card easily surpassed all requirements. It also failed a test for Oblivion for the same reason, but unless iv'e been imagining things iv'e been playing a heavily modded Oblivion for a while now with no problems.Specs:Asus K52 laptopIntel Core i3 2.4ghz dual core4 gb ramIntel HD Graphics chipset (1.7gb video ram, shader package 4.0)500 gb hdWindows 7 home premium 64 bit, service pack 1I also run an extra 20gb memory cache via Ready Boost. In my quest for a solution i found a promising sounding link to the official Fallout site, but couldn't get past entering my birthdate (im WELL over 18), even when i lied to make myself younger. Somewhere in here i also tried running the game in Windows XP service pack 2 mode, maybe that's when i got upset. Any love would be appreciated. blove
I have never heard of anyone successfully running Fallout 3 using an Intel GPU.
