I have all the Unofficial patches. for some reason after i installled Ren's Beauty Pack and some additional Race mods with it all the eyes got messed up. Even after i turn the Mods off its still messed up. I have Reinstalled Oblivion and the mods its still not fixed.

Oblivion uninstall does not remove ALL files and folders, only those the Setup made. You will have to delete the data folder, and delete the Oblivion.ini in My Games folder, before reinstalling.

Your problem stems from using too many beauty type mods. You have at least two that want to control how the eyes look and they conflict. Sometimes you can change the load order to fix it.

 

Reinstalling does not remove the mods. So it was probably a waste of time. It just restarted with the same mods with their problems again. You will need to find and remove the mod or mods that are causing this.

 

Posting a load order may help us diagnose which mods are causing the problem.

Well the first thing that stands out is that you appear to be using two versions of the same cosmetic mods at the same time.

One example:

I am assuming the Full pack includes the hairs, so you shouldn't need the hair only version. Another issue, several of your mods say this:

Note: Consider updating to DACompilation_GO.esp/DACompilation_GO_APN.esp - in other words has some fixes and improvements but not gamedestroying update now or you will die stuff.

 

I recommend you do update and remove the old versions. Here is why. To get this many mods that add eyes and hair to work together, you will need a bashed patch made in Wrye Bash. It is good that you are using BOSS. BOSS comments can help you clean up your game before you make a bashed patch. Some of your mods also need Tes4Edit cleaning. That means you have mods that have bad edits. That program will fix those for you. Do not clean PersonalityIdles, though. Go to the link BOSS says and just follow the cleaning tutorial there. It will tell you exactly how to clean those mods. There is a list of mods that should not be cleaned. If you decide to clean all your mods, check that list first. I don't use CM Partners so I am not sure which .esp or.esps you need, but it looks to me like once again, you are using multiple versions and you need to look at the installation instructions and get rid of the extras. I am 99% sure this is causing your clones. You appear to be running multiple versions of the mod that is adding the companions. My advice is to look at the comments BOSS has given you and if any of them apply to you, do what it says. So if it says use only one version, remove the extras. If it says to clean, clean. Once you have straightened out your load order and there are no more extras or mods that are still uncleaned and need cleaning, people here can walk you through making a bashed patch if you don't already have one. If you do have one, you should rebuilt it after sorting all these issues out. A bashed patch can make your conflicting eye meshes sort by race and end your weird eyes problem without having to give up on some of your companions.

You need to install Wrye Python 3a if you are using the main version instead of the standalone experimental version. Install the Wrye Python part first, and try again. :) It's one of the files in the file tab. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22368

Ok, i have TES4Edit installed, the New EXPERIMENTAL version, i don't see a link in the BOSS for a tutorial.
